BEACH YOGA & ESSENTRICS IN ZANDVOORT - 2021 The beach is a wonderful place for a yoga class. Below you can read which ones beach tents you can do yoga and Essentrics on the beach of Zandvoort this summer. Please check the socials in advance to see whether the class will take place in bad weather or for current times, as things sometimes change. 
ZENZO YOGA AT TENT 6 The Zandvoort yoga studio Zenzo Yoga gives the following Yoga and Essentrics classes all summer (until the end of September) on the South Beach at beach pavilion Tent 6:
These lessons can also be booked separately (€12). In bad weather, lessons take place in the studio. Zenzo Yoga also organizes Yoga & Detox Weekends by the Sea and via Create Your Own Retreat you can also book individual lessons, massages and detox treatments (at home or in your hotel). ESSENTRICS BY TIJN AKERSLOOT Until the end of October Fleur Kalbfleisch from Flow by Fleur again wonderful Essentrics lessons at beach tent Tijn Akersloot. You cannot buy individual lessons for this, but you can buy a 10-ride card or a monthly subscription.
YOGA ZITA AT BODHI BEACH Every Sunday at 11am you can a yoga class from Yoga Zita at the beach pavilion Bodhi Beach doing. When the weather is nice, on the beach, when the weather is bad, under the tent. Costs €15. Afterwards you can linger at Bodhi Beach. BEACH YOGA WITH ADAM & EVA Peaceful Hatha Yoga by Ingrid van Gestel, every Saturday at Adam & Eva on the Zuidstrand from 10.45 am to 12.00 pm. €13 per lesson, mats are provided. GLOW YOGA STUDIO AT PARNASSIA Until the end of September Glow Yoga Studio Haarlem every Sunday morning from 9.30-10.45 a Beach Yoga class on the beach at Parnassia aan Zee in Bloemendaal aan Zee. The lesson can also be booked separately for €15. THE YOGA HOUSE AT RAPA NUI Until the beginning of September The Yoga House every Sunday at 10:30 am a yoga class on the beach at Rapa Nui. A single lesson costs €13. 
SUMMER YOGA RETREAT AT THE BEACH
Together with Zenzo Yoga from Zandvoort, we are organizing a Summer Yoga Retreat at the Beach. A whole day full of beach yoga sessions, barefoot and mindfulness walks on the beach and through the dunes, breathing coaching and swimming in the sea, Manifestation workshop by Cosmic Life, hot tub, sauna, healthy beach food and optional massage. A wonderful day retreat on the beautiful South Beach of Zandvoort at beach pavilion Paal 69/Bodhi Beach. Tickets are available for €99 in our webshop. Read more about the retreat.
