NIUS BEACHHOUSE: NEW YEAR-ROUND PAVILION IN ZANDVOORT
NIUS Beachhouse is a beautiful new beach bar on the South Beach of Zandvoort. It opened in the spring of 2021 and can be found between Hippie Fish and Ohana Beach (formerly Beachclub No. 5 and before that Take Five). The nice thing is that it is a year-round pavilion, which means that it remains open all winter long. A nice addition to Zandvoort, because this beach tent has really become a picture!
EASY LIVING ON THE BEACH
New owners Wessel and Marije started their adventure on the beach of Zandvoort at the end of 2020. The pavilion itself, together with a number of parts such as the rust-brown fireplace, remained intact. But other than that, a thorough renovation was carried out and a completely new concept was created: Easy Living on the Beach. The interior was completely renovated, with cozy seating areas around the fireplace, beautifully laid tables, rugs on the walls, vintage furniture and many plants. Wonderful place to warm up after a walk on the beach!
TERRACE BEHIND GLASS 
Everything outside was also completely restyled. On the beautiful terrace you can sit behind glass out of the wind and enjoy the (winter) sun. There is also a safari tent so you can eat outside in bad weather, possibly close to a patio heater. In the summer months there is also a large terrace on the beach, where you can sit with your feet in the sand and you can also rent beds.
NEW MENU WITH NIUS WINES 
The menu has also been completely overhauled. You can have a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner at NIUS. The new menu features fish, meat, but also a number of vegetarian dishes. Don't forget to order a nice glass of wine, because the name of this beach pavilion is inspired by the wine served there: NIUS. A delicious range of wines from Spain and Chile. At NIUS Beachhouse they can tell you all about it.
TAKE-AWAY BAR WHEN THE WEATHER IS NICE 
The take-away bar is open outside on nice days in both the summer and winter months. Here you can order tasty cold drinks, ice creams and small dishes in the summer. In winter you can enjoy mulled wine, hot chocolate, a delicious soup or a glass of wine. But also a burger or a sandwich.
PARTIES & WEDDINGS 
NIUS Beachhouse is also a good place for a party, group dinner, company drinks or wedding. You can rent the large party room completely, including part of the terrace. It is also possible to rent the entire pavilion.
NICE PLANS
Wessel and Marije have made a good start and built a beautiful, personal beach tent. But they have many more fun plans! From wine tastings to culinary evenings and events. So keep an eye on this beach bar!
