Below is an overview of our favorites. RAPA NUI (ZANDVOORT NEAR BLOEMENDAAL aan ZEE) Rapa Nui is located in a quiet spot on Bloemendaal beach - but officially it is still Zandvoort. Rapa Nui has been a nice place to chill for years. The beach bar is beautifully decorated - a bit tropical - and you can also get delicious tropical beach food there. Rapa Nui is also known for its fun parties.

Republic Bloemendaal is a high-end beach bar, actually just a chic restaurant on the beach. You can enjoy delicious food here, but you can also 'just' get a good wood-fired pizza. The Italian restaurant Renato's has opened below PoortBeach Boutique Apartments, on the boulevard in Bloemendaal aan Zee. A stylishly decorated restaurant where you can eat delicious pizzas and Italian dishes, but you can also enjoy breakfast, lunch, pizza-to-go for the beach or just a coffee (with something tasty) on the terrace overlooking the sea. SAN BLAS (OPEN ALL YEAR) 
Beach pavilion San Blas is inspired by the San Blas archipelago near Panama. Owners Frank and Martine have lived here for years and they also reflect this atmosphere in this beautiful sustainable pavilion. The menu is also inspired by this area. Here you can eat quesadillas, enchiladas, corn soup, ceviche, an Aztec salad, carne asada and lots of fish (also a lot of vegetarian).

BRONZE BEACH 
Bronze Beach was found on the beach of Bloemendaal for the first time last year. This year they are back with a new menu, think Asian and Italian. Delicious and accessible beach food. A beautiful fresh beach tent with a special interior and exterior. Tough industrial, a mix of steel, concrete and lots of wood and recycled materials. You can sit with more people at the picnic tables outside and it is also fun for children. The atmosphere is also special in the evening, when the hundreds of lights create a beautiful effect. You can have breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinner here. Reservations can be made online from June 1 via their website.

PARNASSIA BY THE SEA (OPEN ALL YEAR)
Parnassia aan Zee can be found in a special place high on a dune in the Kennemerduinen. Here you have a beautiful view of the sea and the dunes. Inside it is spacious and you will find nice fireplaces and a yellow jeep for the kids to play on. You will also find four beautiful meeting/event rooms, all of which overlook the dunes, the beach or the sea. BEACHED AT CAMPING DE LAKENS (ONLY OPEN ON WEEKENDS IN WINTER) 
Restaurant Stranded at Camping De Lakens is a wonderful place in the middle of the dunes within walking distance of the sea. The restaurant is not just for campsite guests, everyone is welcome. There is a beautiful playground that is also fun for older children and there is even an indoor playground for when the weather is bad. You can also sit comfortably and warmly by the fireplace inside.
